Tuition Schedule

All families are required to have a valid credit card on file for class registration. Statements are e-mailed on or about the first day of class each month. Unless prior arrangements have been made, any outstanding balance will be applied to the card on file on the 10th of the month or as noted on the monthly statement.  Any payment that is not honored by a financial institution will be considered late and will result in a $15 late fee. Any returned check will result in a $30.00 service charge. No discounts or prorated rates will be given for scheduled days off, holidays, illness, family events, or school functions. Tuition is the same for a holiday month or a month with 5 weeks. For insufficient or neglected payments, student participation will be suspended until account is settled. All registration fees, tuition, production, costume, and other payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. A receipt will be given to all payments made in cash.

Annual productions are performed once a year.  Registration in a production class will be viewed as the parents commitment to pay production and costume fees unless written notification is received at the time of registration.  Costume providers have deadlines in order to meet their ship dates.  We cannot guarantee costumes will arrive in time for the production for students registering after January 31st.  There are no refunds of  production or costume fees.  Costume providers will not cancel orders once in production.

All classes require a 2 month minimum enrollment.  Students may transfer class during this time frame.  A 30-day notice is required to discontinue any class.  To withdraw from class, student’s parent /  legal guardian must inform the studio via e-mail to info@dacner-strong.com.  Withdrawal must be communicated to the office staff (not dance instructor)

Students who are tardy (arrive late to class) may be required to make-up classes.  A minimum attendance level is required.  If a student misses more than four classes without an official notice, student may require private lesson(s) to make-up missed classes and to be able to participate in the annual production.

Students may make up missed classes by coming to the same class that meets on another day or join another class of similar style space permitting.
