Ballet teaches proper body placement, alignment, balance, and control. Students are taught proper terminology and ballet technique through exercises at the barre, across the floor and center floor. Ballet will help the student with body awareness, proper posture, coordination, agility, flexibilty and overall strength. At Dancer Strong, we are primarily Cecchetti based. Ballet is recommended to be a part of every student's dance training.
